Hi All
I applied for AOS for my parents on their visit on visitor visa last year. they had to return to india due to a family emergency, health of my grandparents. they have a valid Advance Parole doc to re-enter. Unfortunately they may not be able to return to the US even by the end of A/P validity. What options do I have?
Cancel the GC process by withdrawing AOS application?
Continue GC process by converting to Consular processing?
What are the consequences in terms of visiting USA in the future, applying for GC again etc?
