GC for my Mother

[gcquestion]

1) My mother has a medical condition (Cancer). I am planning to apply for her GC (as I am a citizen) . I think she has to undergo some medical examination for the process of getting GC. Will there be a chance of rejection in her case? Even if the GC go through any idea she can get some insurance coverage?

(2)Any idea on what is the necessary documents needed for the GC? Is her birth certificate/vaccination certification absolutely necessary for the process of GC?

(3)Is there a possibility that she can come on visitor visa and then apply for an Adjustment of Status instead of going through the consular processing? How long will the adjustment of process take?
