Time for Adv Parole + GC

My sister has applied for GC for my mother who is currently in the US on a tourist visa.

All the application materials(incl all supporting documents) were sent on August 21.

1) We received the receipt on September 19
2) We received the Finger printing appointment for October 1st week.

Any idea how long it takes for
1) Advance Parole to be Approved and sent out
2) Is it possible that she could get the GC by mail and not have to go for interview.

Please help!

1.- Advance Parole takes from 60 to 90 days.

2.- She can not just get it by mail. She must attend to the interview.
