Filing 130 and 485 in different places ?

Hello,

I am (H1B) marrying an USC next month. I live in idaho while she lives in california. I would like to know if i can file both I130 and I485 in santa ana district office (where my fiancee lives) considering two facts:

1. eventually i am planning to move down to california

2. santa ana processing times are much better than the local district office here in idaho

Can i file both the applications in santa ana office?

or should i file the 485 where i live now and 130 where my fiancee lives? If so will it take longer time since the applications are filed at different locations?

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, living apart certainly is going to raise red flags with CIS. You should move to CA first and then have her file the I-130 (and you file your I-485.)
