Hi All,
anyone have experience of not receiving receipt notice or biometric notice within 90 days of submission?
we received initial RFE and sent out response on 8/24. on 8/25 we changed our address electronically. on 9/04 we recd confirmation of change of address. we have not recd any notices of receipt or biometrics.
we called uscis and they recommended we call after 90 days of submission. pls advise. our records must not be lost or we would not have recd anything at all? should i just be patient and wait? thanks.
