I am green card holder, and applied for my children over 21 years of age.
They have 1-130 approved. Now I am going to be citizen in next 3 months. Then the catagories will change. How about if my kids get married now, what will happen. my concern is that.
1). does this 1-130 will be cancelled.
2). can the catagories be chenged to married children of US citizen, do they have to wait before, I become citizen.
3). can they get married now??
Please help with any infromation you have.
