I came to US on H1B, after that i got married to greencard holder here. he filed I130 for me as spouse. my H1B expired in june 2003. I still have one more H1B but which is not stamped on passport, so i cant travel. and rt now i am not working from last few months bcoz of pregnancy. 2nd H1B EMPLOYER is not helping for stamping. I have two questions...
1) How i get into status now?
2) I have a family immergency to go to India. How i travel? I am not elligible for advance parol
