I have been married to a Russian citizen almost 2 years...she is now a permanent resident...is it possible to have ANY of her family move here permanently?

Hi,

Permanent residents may only apply for any unmarried children or their spouse. She would have to wait until she becomes a Citizen before she may apply for siblings (married and unmarried) or parents.
