Hello . Let me briefly teel abt my Immigration process . I ammarried to USA citizen . Since theage of 5 yrs my wife has lived abroad (*outside of usa) including her higher education in India. She married as soon as she passed her degree course and had no job in usa (But her parents do have immovable property intheir names) in USA. Her uncles (mother's brother ) is the cosponsor.My wifes sister was in exactly similar situation and married anIndian and they didnt have these problems. What should my wife andI do
I am denied Visa under
212)(a)(4)which prohibits issuanceof visa to anyone likelt to becme public charge and
other:the petitioner does not have domicile in the usa per the guidelines in 9 foreign affairs manual 40.41 n6 1-2
