  • USCIS Processing Times

On my case status online refering to my I485 the letter says they have received my information and to look for the processing times at the MSC benefits service center bulliten . I do not see the times for I-485 applications Family Based, only for Employment based which is 11 weeks ,what does this mean? The only form it mentions to do with the I-485 is the form I-765.

Does this mean the Family based applications are also running at 11 weeks?
And does this mean i will get an interview within the 11 week time frame(fingers crossed here)

    Thanks in advance.

Forget about that, it is a standard message that means nothing. You should be having your interview in 3-5 months, it all depends on your District Office.

Yes, you would get a better idea, but still... Generally, applications take from 3-4 months up to 6-7 months for the interview.

        From receipt date:
        70-90 days for AP approved.
        80-90 days for EAD approved.
        100-150 days GC approved.
