F-1 student married to US citizen: Question about I-864

I am a student married to a US citizen and we wish to apply for my GC.
On the I-864, do we need to include the financial details that are present on my I-20? The I-20 shows the amount that I get as scholarship, my income from the part-time work that I do, etc. My wife's income is above 125% of poverty line. Do we have to/should we include the I-20 details?
Since her income is above 125%, should we include bank balance in the asset section or not? Thanks!

If her income is over the 125% do not worry about your income at all, or bank balances, it is not necessary.

Also take a look at the form I-864EZ
This one is easier to fill out and your wife may be eligible to fill that one out instead of the I-864.

Thanks Praetorian XI! I looked at I-864EZ. I think it is applicable in our case.
One quick question - Do we have to pay I-864 processing fee of $70.00 or is it applicable only in cases of Consular processing? Thanks!

There is no fee to file the I-864 or I-864EZ. Since she is doing AOS.

Also, the fees for I-131 (AP) and I-765 (EAD) are included in the fee for the I-485 ($1,010).

Basically, you must pay for the fees for the I-130 and the I-485.

Go ahead and fill out the I-864EZ then along with all of the requested tax information, employment letter, etc.
