I m in uk on work permit n married to a GC holder i have a US visitor visa valid for 10yrs.my wife is on a dependant visa in UK its been 3 months she is out of US n in december we got married. can she apply for my GC from UK itself as the application process is by post only? and can i travel to US (as i intend to go in april ) once my GC is applied?
