    GC or no GC?

    If somebody files form I-130 (Permanent resident filling for an unmarried son or daughter over 21), what happens if by the time the application gets approved...
    1. The permanent resident became a US citizen?
    or/and
    2. The daughter or son got married?

      Another thing I wanted to ask you: how many years is the normal timeframe to get a I-130 approved for this category?
