Hello,
I am applying for my mothers I765 concurrently with the I485 but in question 16 of the I765 i am not sure what code to put on there as it doesnt give an explnation of the codes. I think since i am applying for the 765 for with the 485 and submitting it to the Chicago location the code will be (c)(9) but if someone that has more knowledge can confirm it will be really appreciate it.
