Hello,
I don't know if this is the right forum to post this in, but I'll give it a go. I'm a U.S. citizen engaged to a U.K. citizen. While he was here a few weeks ago, we filed our fiance package to the Nebraska center, which we've heard is quite slow in processing applications. My fiance bought a plane ticket last week, to come visit me again over Christmas for about three weeks. Since then, we've heard alot of stories that this may not be possible, that it is, that it's no different, etc.
I've looked all over the BCIS (INS) website, in regards to this but can find no information pertaining to this issue. Figures, the government has to be so difficult So please, anyone with experience or anyone that knows the answer to this, please help me. This is really tearing me apart. So again, any information would be greatly appreciated
Thanks,
Liz
