Concurrent I-130/I-485/I-765/I-864/I-693
Hi all, I just got married and ready to file for my GC by myself through my husband who is a US citizen. I have a couple questions, hope some 1 can help me with it.
1. I saw that there is a Alien# on some form, it said u have to fill it up if any, i used to have 2 alien# , one is my opt for my undergrad and another 1 is my opt for my Master. Is that consider the Alien# should i just fill in the latest Alien #?
2. 1question on the Form I-130 see following:
#22 Complete the information if your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that lawful permanent resident at USCIS office in . City _____ State _______
Question is should i include the City as Chicago and State as Illinos since i sent my package to Chicago lockbox. or the local office where i live?
I m confuse because if i sent all the form to Chicago Lockbox then how i gona fill up the above. Please advice!!!
3. When submitting the form I-130 My husband need to submit both form G325A for himself and me. When i read the instruction of FormI 485. It required to submit Form G325A as an initial evidence #13 ( See form-I 485). Since i will be filing all the form i130,i485,i765,i864 and etc concurrently to Chicago Lockbox, should i include a duplicate Signed form of G325A for Initial Evidence for Form I485? Please advice!
4. What about the Medical examination? should i submit this I-693 while i sent out the package to Chicago Lockbox? or wait for the notice?
5. I read from this forum that if my husband only sponsor 1 immigrant which is me, and his salary meet the 125% poverty line, then we can use the I-864EZ form, is that correct? Do we stil need to submit the asset information as supplemental document?

For the Affidavit of Support (Form I-864EZ), Should i include myself as one of the sponsor? i mean i m working on H1b and have a stable job with decent salary, and my husband also is a professional, his salary is over than the 125% poverty line, should i just put him as SPONSOR or included myself. I read the following in Form I -864 for income requirement:
Income from the intending immigrant, if that income will continue from the same source after immigration, and if the intending immigrant is currently living in your residence. "If the intending immigrant is your spouse, his or her income can be counted regardless of current residence, but it must continue from the same source after he or she becomes alawful permanent resident."
6.item 24. Annual Household Income ( Form I864)
If you included the income of the intending immigrant who is your spouse (he or she would be counted on line 21a),evidence that his/her income will continue from the current source after obtaining lawful permanent resident status must be provided. He/she does not need to complete FormI-864A unless he/she has accompanying children. So this mean i dont need to complete form I864A since i m the intending immigrant.

My question for above is if my husband included me on 21a(PERSON YOU ARE SPONSORING IN THIS AFFIDAVIT) should he included me as 21c under (PERSON NOT SPONSORED IN THIS AFFIDAVIT)- IF U ARE CURRENTLY MARRIED ENTER 1 FOR YOUR SPOUSE. ? should my husband included me in 21c as well since i m her spouse? this is to count the household size, currently only me and my husband in the household.
