Questions about I-131

My Mom is in US now and I sumbitted I-130/I485 without Advance Parole in July. Now I have to apply Advance Parole due to a medical reason. I have some questions and appreciate any help from this forum.

1) How do fill the item #3 (Class of Admission) on I-131 form? Acutally, I don't know what it really means here.
2) Can I use PO box for address in item #6, as we plan to move.
3) Any required supporting documents to go together with I-131?
4) My mom may need more than one trip, is it easy to get INS approval?
5) Where do I need to send to? The same address to where I sent the I-130/I485 package?

ParetroianXI, Thanks so much for your help. The info on the web site is very helpful. Just would like to further clarify item #3 on the form. I looked at the sample of the I-131 posted in the web site and found H1-B was entered there. In my Mom's case, she is holding B2(visitor Visa), so I need to enter B2 in item 3 on the form. Is this correct. Very Very appreciate your help!!

Put in "Visitor (B-2 Visa)" That is it.
