Marriage to USC help

I recently married my wife. I am a US Citizen by birth and she is a Canadian citizen currently working in the US. So she legally entered into the US with a TN Visa. This visa expires this August 2007. I know I have to file the I-130 along with the I-485 currently. Since she already is working, does she also need to file a I-765? Also, how long does it usually take before she receives her green card assuming the supporting evidence is available?

She doesn't have to file I-765.
