question for praetorianx1 about kids

hi,
my wife is USC filed for me in june 2007, green card recieved in sept. 2007.
we want to file for my 3 kids back home they are ages, 16. 13 and 9, my question is who should file my wife or i and what forms should we use. thanks for your advise and experience.
