I have quick question again, Since my I-94 is expired do i have to surrender during the port of entry?? will i get a new I-94 or i do not have to worry since it is already expired and waiting for my H1- Renewal and using the Travel document ??

Yes. Surrender your expired I-94.

When you return using your travel document they will issue you a "paroleed" I-94 valid for 1 year.
