Update from USCIS - Receipt Delays?

Hello All,

I applied for my wife form I-130 at Nebraska Service Center and I am waiting for a receipt so I can apply for K3 visa.

USCIS update on delay indicates that they have made lots of progress.

In their update I dont see a date for I-130(Neberaska Service Center) and when I called the USCIS customer service they said that all service centers dont list all the applications. the date for "all other applications" @ Nebraska Service Center is now October 18th. My application was received at their office on September 13th. Should I expect my receipt any day? They still have not cashed my check.

Did anyone get their Receipt if they applied around that date? Does anyone have an update on whats really going on? Please advise..

Thanks Immihelp. But, my question is for Form I-130 that is applied at Nebraska Service Center there is no update. I called USCIS help desk and they too do not have an update. Update from October 26, the update for "All other applications @ nebraska service center had date of October 09. Last weeks update didnt even have a section for for "all other forms @ nebraska service center. I was looking to see if anyone knows whats really going on. My application was received by them on September 13th.
