Hi There,

I have couple of questions regarding family based Green Card :

1- For how much time work permit is valid ?
2- What if I don't stay married with the same person for two years and get married to other person before I get unconditional green card?
3- What are the exceptions under which I will get Unconditional Green Card even if I am not married to the same person or not married at all ?

2 & 3.- Removing the conditions of your Green Card by yourself (divorced from your spouse) will be very hard. You must prove that the marriage was entered in good faith (not a fraud or for convenience), or that you were physically/emotionally abused (and produce evidence), or prove extreme hardship.

You need evidence. Not just a divorce agreement that says that is the cause.
