Name to use on I-485?

I am a US Citizen. My wife is applying for a change in status from F-1 Visa to become a permanent resident. We have been married one month. Should we fill the forms out with her maiden name, as is on her visa and passport, or with her new married name?

Whatever the name in passport. It is not necessary to her name changed to reflected in the passport.
