1. Does anyone know how long does the overall process take for a Parent to get Green Card applying from California while in the US on a visitor Visa?

2. How long does it take for the initial communication from USCIS to acknowledge the application for 130 and 485 (concurrent)?

3. When does the check get deposited?

4. How long does it typically take to get Advanced Parole assuming it is applied along with 485?

You can not PLAN on your parents come to the USA on a Visitor visa with the intent to immigrate. That is abuse of their visitor visa.

3. When does the check get deposited? Within 30 days.

4. How long does it typically take to get Advanced Parole assuming it is applied along with 485? 60-90 days.
