In April 2002, 3 years will be completed since filling I-130. DO I have to go to Consulate General in INDIA for getting V-visa. I-130 was filled from US, and I am in US on H-1.
1. Do I have to wait for letter from NVC ?
2. Can I go without getting any letter from NVC, and just have I-130 copy with me.
