A friend of a friend of mine filed an I130 in 1997 which was approved. After the passing of the LIfe Amendments his daughter got a V2 visa and came to the US. She is 21 in April. Unfortunately her father (the petitioner) just died. Will she lose her V2 status or will she revert to a 2B status. Thanks..any help is appreciated
