Greencard for mom

Hello,

I have applied for the I-485 for my mom on 10/18 but i havent gotten a receipt from USICS. I am a little worried because my mom's visitor expires on 11/8 but since i applied for the I485 she legally cannot leave the country so what do i do? Is she legally allowed to stay in the country? Any assintace will be really appreciated.

You also filed I-130 right?

Her status in the US is now pending, due to the I-485. She is legally allowed to stay until a decision is made in her I-485 application. Her status does not depend on her I-94 anymore.
