Is separate petition for child of us citizen is required?

I became citizen recently and got the I-130 petition upgraded for my wife. I have a four years old child. Will the child get a visa with her mother as it generally happens in the case of permanent resident, or will I have to file separate petition for the child?

Child can immigrate along with mother. You don't need separate application.
