Hi.
I will need a cosponsor for financial support in order to bring my wife to the States. The reason is because although I am a US Citizen, I have not kept my domicile in the US for the past 6 years and will not have any current income when I return to the states (obviously, because I will need to get a new job) nor will I have the required assets.
My Question: When I do find a job on my return and my income does meets the 125% poverty level, can the cosponsor relinquish their sponsorship of my wife and allow me to take it over completely?
Thanks in advance.
