What would be the fastest way to get my spouse in the US? I just became a citizen and I want to be together with my wife. Is it true that I can bring her over here and have the application for immigration filing done here? Thanks for any assistance.

K visa is not available yet

I think you will be better off with filing form I-130 for your spouse. It will take around 6 months for entire process to complete. K visa processing has not started yet. They are still in the process of finalizing the rules and forms....Good luck.
