I824 per applicant or per family

Hello,

I applied I130 for my parents and I130 (for 485 option) is approved but they want to go back (for few months) and I understand that I need to fill I824 for NVC processing.
My question is: do I need separate form for each parent or one I824 form for both?

Initially I filed two I130 forms I think one was required.
