    Immigration interview question

    Hello,
    I am filing GC application for my spouse. I wanted to find out if I can accompany my spouse in the GC interview?

    If it is in the USA then you MUST,
    if it is in her home country then you CAN.

      How about K3 visa interview? Can I accompany my spouse in K3 visa interview also?

        it depends on the consulate. she should contact them and ask, but i do not see why not.
