My stepson recently married an Australian lady in Australia. He wanted to live in Australia but his 90 day visa expired. Due to his inexperience and misinformation in Australia he is now back in the USA and his wife is in Australia. Can she come here (USA) on a 90 day visa and then apply for a permanent visa. I found something about a V non immigrant visa in your database, but it didn't quite make sense. It said that it was for a permanent resident, not a citizen.
