URGENT please: I-130 question

Please respond to my question below :
I am applying for my father & step-mother (two separate I-130s).
Do I need to send death certificate of my birth mother
along with both applications?
From I-130 instructions, it looks like I need to send this
certificate only with my father's application.

You don't have to send the death certificate with both petitions, just your father's will do.
