Anyone knows what'd happen to me if..

Hello, fellas

I've been married to a US citizen for 2 months now and am recently getting a lil antsy about the interview that awaits us for the conditional Green Card. Does anyone know what'd happen to me if they rejected us stating that our marriage is not based on love. What about my wife?

1) I-485 Denied = You must go back to your country before you are deported.

2) I-485 pending Second Interview = you will not pass the 1st interview, but they will schedule you for another interview (called "stokes interview") where they separate you and your wife, and ask cross examination questions where your answers must match the other's... usually scheduled 1 year after the 1st interview. This gives you time to build your case with evidence and such.

in either of those cases nothing happens to your wife.

3) I-485 denied based on FRAUD = you both may go to jail.
