I met a girl from Peru in Fremont Calif ,she was visiting her sister .she
had a 6month tourist visa, that was up may 1st 2006.she moved in with
me and we applied for a tourist visa extension with less than a month to
to it was denied because we did not include a return plane ticket copy. We received a denial after 2 month awaiting and it was after her 6 month visa was expired she went home with in a week of the denial, problem
being she was 1 month pregnant.after 6 months i went to Peru for 3 months to see my baby boy who is 9months old in November 2006 to Feb 2007 after Charlie was born i told her to go see if she could return with my boy.when she went to the American consulate,in Peru the lady there took away her 10 year visa and said she was not in good standing with the U.S.A. i have been a permanent resident for 46years since i was 10 months old born in b.c.Canada.she is married to an admiral in peru who she has been seperated from for and trying to get a divorce least 6 years. He told her he will not sign for the divorce and has been a real problem for us. I am applying for my us citizen ship this week my boy now has a Canadian Passport being 50 percent canadien from me what will it take for the American embassy in peru to let her bring my boy her to visit are they not letting her come here for a certain time period My boy has medical insurance here and needs to see a specialist here ??? my boy is growing up without his father and it is painful
