I finally recieved my interview date, dec 21, for my interview with moscow consular. I have a few questions: will my husband that is in US have an interview also over there? and about police certificates/court records, I have those for Russia, but what about my stay in US do I have to get the police certificates and the court records for the time I was over there? Your husband won't be interviewed at this time. If you are applying for a K-3 visa, then you two will be interviewed together in the USA when you file for AOS (i-485). Do not worry about certificates from the USA.
