Filing 130 and 485 together do they go to same location ?

I am filing 130 and 485 together as my wife is a US citizen. I was wondering that do I have to file both at different locations or same location, also if I have to file at same location then which location should I file it to, 485 location or 130 form location .

They go to the same location, Mentioned in the I-485 as the "Chicago Lockbox".

Then why do they have on I 130 form on line 22
"Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status."
"Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:"

In that line you must put:

If your relative is in the USA, then put the local USCIS office closest to you. You can find that in the USCIS website. https://www.immihelp.com/

So I have to file both 130 and 485 at the chicago office and line 24 will have the city and state for the closest USCIS office where one would go for fingerprinting . Is this correct ?
