Help needed on Question 19 on form I-130

I am applying green card for my parents. My parents are already in US and not planning to leave US until the green card is approved. Do I need to provide their address abroad on line 19 on form I-130??

Yes, that is what the form is asking for.

When you file the I-485 (which you must send at the same time as the I-130) they will ask you for their current address in the USA.
