PraetorianXI -Why no Priority Date on I-130 Receipt?

I just received my receipt for my I-130 Petition for Alien Relative. ( I m filling Concurrently) my husband is a US citizen. My question is why the receipt didnt show the priority date?I have the receipt number start with MSC-xx-xx-xxxxx Please advice

Because your husband falls within the IR category, which means Immediate Relative and therefore, he is not subject to a "Priority Date" like the rest of the family based immigration categories. Which means, that a visa number is available for him immediately.

This is normal for husbands, parents and unmarried children under 21 of US citizens.

You are filing I-485 along with it right?

Yes, i sent all my packages -I130,I485,I765,I864 to chicago lockbox. Hopefully i will get the fingerprint interview soon.

PraetorianXI ,My mom a LPR has applied for my I130(over 21 years) but i have no priority date.Do you know why or any particular reason?
