Eligibility Categories on form I-765

I am applying green card for my parents. What eligibility categories should I use on Form I-765 line 16? Right now, I filled in C9.

Hi,
My husband is on his OPT and I am on F-2. We are filing through NIW. I am super confused what to put in for my eligibility category on i-765 question 16.
Again, I am on F-2 right now.
