Hi,
I have a daughter who was left in the Philippines when we immigrated to the United States last December 2004 because she aged out (she turned 21 last December 28, 2003) when our F4 visa became available last October 2004.
She is being sponsored now by her 67 years old mother for an F2B visa (date of receipt: March 03, 2005) but not yet approved and pending at the California Service Center.
Her younger sister who was with us last December 2004 is now on active duty with the U.S. Navy for more than 2 years now.
Is there a way we can request the Service Center for expediting the processing of my daughter's pending petition?
Would appreciate very much your advise.
Sincerely,
B
