Hi,
I received approval notice for my parents' I-130s. Should I wait till I hear from NVC or UCCIS before filling I-864?
Is there any way I can check if they've sent me notice for I-864? Because previously the I-130 receipt got lost in the mail. I don't want I-864 notice to get lost.
Also, the online status still shows pending a month after I received the I-130 approval notice. I called, was told not to worry, it's updated by 3rd party. Is there any way I can have it updated? If someone else is referring to that database, then they'll not proceed to the next step.
