Hi All,
I would like to ask. My husband passed his Citizenship last Oct. 15 and he had applied for adjustment of status for my I-130 Petition from a permanent resisdent to a petition from a US Citizen. He had called the NVC and they said they already have a visa number available fo me but they haven't given it to my husband. Today he called again NVC and said to wait for the correspondence to be sent to my husband to know what are the process to follow. And also said to wait for the visa packet for me.
I would like to know when will it arrive to me? I am living in the Philippines. And I'm so curious until when should I wait for me to be with my husband. We have been waited for almost 4 years to make this happen. I would like to know at least how many months should I wait then.
