G325A -Husband details for a widow

I am filing concurrent app for my mother who is widow and visiting US on B2 visa. In the biographic information form (G325A), what should I write in Husband/Wife details since she is a widow? Should I write None or all the details of my father?

There is one place for current spouse and one for former spouse, put nothing on "current" and put her deceased husband on the "former" field.
