My husband filed the petition for me, he doest have any tax returns, so he just sent a 864 form with all zeros, and I found a sponsor for me, that fulfills all the requirements, I sent both to NVC, and from what i understand that was enough for them, my question is, : will it matter at the interviw that it wasn't my husband sponsoring me? and that he has no income?

It won't matter for as long as the co-sponsor meets the povery guidelines, but your husband must have filed taxes? they will request that information.

I am also interested in this issue as I have the same problem. My question is even if the spouse does'nt earn and remained jobless for three years will he still file the tax returns.
