Parents want to come to US while GC is under process

I am US citizen and I have filed for my parents GreenCard, we have to file DS230 now. But parent want to come to US and continue rest of the processing. They do have 10 year multiple entry Visa.

Will it create at issue at the port of entry? Any Suggestions?

Yes it will create problems.

They can not enter with a tourist/visitor visa (non immigrant) with the intent to immigrate. They face a high risk of being denied entry and sent back. I stronly advice against this.
