Hi,

I recently get married and sent all the immigration ducument to USCIS,
but I haven't received the biometrics inform for fingerprint yet. Now I have my F-1 visa expires problem, because once I got married, I stop going to the school. Will it affect my immigration status now? I really worry about it now. Please give me some suugestions.

Your immigration status now depends on your Adjustment of Status (I-485), so if you filed that, you are "Safe". You can not be out of status and you are allowed to stay in the US until a decision is made in your case.

So, if I have filed the I-485 then I am safe. Hu......
How about the school? I mean, my school sent me a notification of withdraw
from teachers, should I talk to my international counselor for this status?

Yes, bring your I-485 receipt and all. The worst thing is to be reported to ICE and have them come knocking at your door.

You can resume studies if you want also.
