Residentship Questions

Hi,
My Child was born in US and was there close to around 9 Months, we had to return to India, as my assingment ended in August. Now Iam looking at the option, if we(parents) can seek residentship based on my Childs Citizenship. If yes, let me know the procedure or the process to follow.

No, you can't. Your child can sponsor you after your child turns 21 years of age.
