Filing green card for my mother
I would like to file for GC, I-130 and I-485 for my mother. She has her birth certificate. I heard from somebody that she will need her marriage certificate as well since the last name in her passport is her married name. Since my dad passed away it is not possible for her to get a marriage certificate now. Any suggestions please? Thanks much in advance.
